We believe that when it comes to protecting your assets it takes expertise and specialization. Our expectations of our staff at Casualty Assurance are high. Each Specialist must attain their Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation within five years of their initial employment date. Each Customer Service Agent must attain the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) Designation within the first three years of their initial employment date. All of our representatives also received training designed to understand you, and your insurance problems.
